Training & Indoor-Outdoor Activities

The design of Team Building activities is divided into multiple sessions, over a timeframe with dates to be defined based on the needs of organizations and companies. While the focus of daily recreational Team Building activities is on the individual’s experience—not for its purpose, but as an experience in itself.

The definition of the Work Plan predicts a detailed description of the training and activities, the qualification of the necessary resources, and the expected timelines. It includes maximum transparency of objectives and means, the voluntary participation of all group members, the repeatability of the process, and the verification of results. The Team Building are also offered in Italian language by native Italian-speaking Team Builders.
