Nature shows the way, teaching the balance between priorities, projects, and actions, inspiring continuity. It represents the sprouting of new ideas and the search for nourishment. Through the wood wide web of the forest and the connection between Identity, belonging, and society, new dynamics and awareness emerge for both individual and professional spheres, helping to identify solutions and responses to team challenges.

Similarity between the horizontal and vertical connection of the entire ecosystem and the interdependent organization of individuals within an institution. Two entities that form a larger organism: the society, were they act with impact.

OUTDOOR & INDOOR

It is the practical application of training, the bridge between various outdoor and indoor workshops and transversal skills, the so-called soft skills. However, the outdoor Sniffing Out experience can also be purely casual and light-hearted, designed solely for detoxing and self-care.

The offer is tailored for:
Private, public, and non-profit companies – Cooperatives – Associations and public & private entities – Universities.

For the following activities and categories:
Management – Business departments – Consultants – Pre-employment screening – Universities.

The Sniffing Out workshops are held in the Berici Delle Meraveje (Berici Hills – VI) and on the Diesel Farm hills during workdays, throughout the year.

The activity is supported by a rental service for all the necessary equipment.

Integrated into a team-building journey, these three activities create a balance between well-being, creativity, and awareness. These are moments of authentic connection, far from daily routines, offering the opportunity to explore oneself and others in a new way, fostering psychophysical well-being. They provide specific and profound contributions to the development of a group, enhancing internal relationships and achieving common goals.

WOODS IMMERSION

The activities are organized within the forest, a perfect laboratory for a process of transformation, to focus and channel imagination and willpower, to change behavioral patterns and mental habits, and to encourage new levels of awareness.

HANDING OVER TRUST, STAYING SUSPENDED

Participants remain in a closed hammock, in a chosen forest where trees and humans meet a few meters above the ground. It activates the feeling of conquest, complicity, and enthusiasm to immerse oneself in new distances and perspectives. The experience involves building and staying suspended on the trees. It is about having trust.

    • Empathy – Motivation – Self-awareness – Problem solving – Time management

The narrative structure of Aristotle will be used to better understand and manage the roots and consequences of the surprises that are part of corporate life.

THE DILEMMA

It is a workshop divided into three parts. The first and second parts can be undertaken by participants from teams of different Organizations/Companies. The third part is for team work within a single Organization/Company.

First Part – The Dilemma

  • Summary description: In pairs, team members are presented with a “case study” that unfolds in stages. At each stage, the pairs must discuss among themselves before engaging in a discussion with the entire work table.

Part Two – Understanding Better What The Dilemma Teaches Us

  • Summary description: Exploring the insights from the dilemma using the model of our cylinder in the picture, which helps us better understand how individuals interact with each other and with the organization they are part of. In this summary, it is allowed to agree to disagree.

Third Part – Workshop

The facilitator, drawing on the experience of previous sessions, guides the group in applying a new perspective to a topic chosen by the client. The enhanced and integrated soft skills within the group are utilized to tackle challenges or leverage business opportunities, such as Project Review or creating new Project Building.

DIVING COOKING

The workshop consists of a live session, conducted via digital connection, with Chef Giacomo Gaspari, known as ChefOne and an ambassador of Italian cuisine worldwide. The chef seamlessly blends Oriental and Mediterranean cuisine, drawing inspiration from the energy of the Ayurveda system. These are creative concepts designed to share the final results of the culinary experience with joy and satisfaction.

The kitchen is a sacred place, where matter transforms into emotion and time bends to the warmth of fire. And then there is the gathering, the very essence of cooking, the moment when art is offered and becomes a gift.

Rice and Its Transformations

The task involves cooking the product within a set time, following the type of rice, its qualities, properties, textures, and specific characteristics. How rice can be worked with: sweet, arancino, supplì, sushi, risotto… In the processing phase, information can be shared, or one can rely on creativity to bring the dish to completion. Each person creates their own, with their own idea. Creativity will be evident in the success of the dish—it “comes from within,” from how it’s imagined, and from how the idea is “brought to life.”

It’s a journey that establishes empathy with the “product” and what is being created. A journey with a mandatory pace, leading to the achievement of self-awareness.
